Do regular old cinnamon rolls just not do it for ya? How about mini cinnamon roll bites to make you feel like you’re not even eating that much… even though you ate the whole package by yourself. It’s okay, I don’t judge.
Yields: 8 servings.. or 4 if you’re a normal person

Cinnamon Roll Bites
1 can cinnamon rolls
⅓ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Frosting Dip
4 oz (½ package) cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 Tbsp milk

  1. Open the cinnamon rolls and separate. Cut each individual cinnamon roll into quarters.
  2. Spray the crisper tray in the air fryer basket. Place each cinnamon roll bite approximately 1 inch apart.
  3. Air Fry at 390 for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Toss each piece in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  5. For the Frosting Dip: combine all ingredients except for the milk in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer. Add milk one tablespoon at a time until desired texture is achieved.
  6. Serve warm with frosting dip on the side.
