This recipe will make enough to get your mornings started for at least a week!
Yields: 6 Servings

Chocolate Oatmeal
1 ½ cups rolled oats
2 ¾ cups almond milk
1 cup water
2 Tbsp maple syrup/honey/agave
2 ½ Tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Combine all ingredients in the inner pot of the pressure cooker.
  2. Lock the lid and manually adjust the time to 10 minutes on high pressure. Once the cooking cycle is complete, let it naturally release for 10-15 minutes, then release the rest of the pressure.
  3. Unlock the lid and stir the oatmeal. Let sit and cool for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with favorite toppings.
