Pressure Cooker Chocolate Oatmeal
This recipe will make enough to get your mornings started for at least a week!
Yields: 6 Servings
Chocolate Oatmeal
1 ½ cups rolled oats
2 ¾ cups almond milk
1 cup water
2 Tbsp maple syrup/honey/agave
2 ½ Tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients in the inner pot of the pressure cooker.
- Lock the lid and manually adjust the time to 10 minutes on high pressure. Once the cooking cycle is complete, let it naturally release for 10-15 minutes, then release the rest of the pressure.
- Unlock the lid and stir the oatmeal. Let sit and cool for 15 minutes.
- Serve with favorite toppings.
